First I will be honest, I don’t like to write a review and rarely do. My experience with Abel and Will at Caliber Collision in Milpitas compel me to write this review. My first meeting with Abel, he was great. He has eyes for detail and great customer service. He was not the person that was scheduled to help me and yet he takes on the task as if it is his own. He was patience, understanding, helpful and very knowledgeable. His reassurance that I will be taken care of and not to worry, I believe it. Then, when I drop off my car for repair, I met Will. At first I inclined to work with Abel since he made me feel comfortable and relax. When I met Will, he was just as great. He answers all of my questions as if he can read my mind. I was wow by the interaction I had with him. I have been recommending people to Caliber Collision in my career because of great feedback from customers. This is my first time I have direct and personal experience with them. This experience further strengthened my recommendation. Thanks again Abel and Will!
