I would recommend others to use Caliber after my experience. I would especially recommend people who have State Farm insurance, because I worked with Terry who deals with State Farm claims. He was awesome, very nice and helpful. Felt like he took good care of me and wasn't trying to take advantage of me as I know nothing about cars.
