The delay of the repair, though it's not caused by Caliber, is the reason for a total satisfaction. The delay was due to a wrong part delivered to Caliber, resulted in an extra 3 working days for repair.

I was presented documents for my final bill with just the signature page and did have to verbally confirm the bill amounts prior to being comfortable to sign. I also had to call and follow up when I hadn’t heard anything and request an Enrollment of my number to the system. Just hope a little extra attention is not on those areas in the future but otherwise the rest of my service was excellent.

This has been my 2nd car I've taken to Caliber Collision - Milpitas. Both times CC has done wonderful work on my cars. They even manage to repair the car 3 days before the original estimate. Recently, I took my 2023 Forte GT after it was rear ended. I gave them the insurance estimate, but I noticed that the insurance forgot to include a few pieces that were damaged once the estimate. I made sure that CC knew about the damage and to include it on the repairs. Over all they did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and even washed it for me :)
