Very courteous staff when I dropped my car at the Chula Vista location. Regular, detailed updates from Ben in Mira Mesa while repairs were underway. And my car was delivered directly to my home and three days ahead of schedule! Thanks to the whole Caliber team!

I had the most amazing experience with Caliber Collision Mira Mesa! The entire process was so smooth and seamless!! I brought my car in and was warmly greeted by the front desk employee. Any employee that walked by was so friendly and welcoming. Olivia Grano was my service provider and she was incredible!! She explained everything to me. Called Enterprise Rental Car who picked me up and took me to their office just a minute away. I was in my rental car and on my way in no time. Olivia was super communicative and gave me regular updates as to how my car's repair was coming along and I even got my car back a week and half sooner than I was expecting -it looks amazing!! Top notch service -100 stars for Caliber Collision and Oliva Grano and all of the employees. Truly a flawless and OUTSTANDING experience!!
