We were disappointed at 1st because we delivered the car to National City, only to find out they were not going to do the work. Once Mira Mesa started the work we connected with Charlene, who gave us frequent updates. The completed work looks excellent, everything repaired to new standard. I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Mira Mesa. Robert was outstanding with communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made everything stress-free. The repairs were done perfectly, and my car honestly looks brand new. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. One thing I really appreciated is that they provide a lifetime warranty on all of their work. That gave me a lot of confidence in the repairs and shows they truly stand behind their craftsmanship and professionalism. Overall, an excellent experience!
