Elizabeth was prompt & made me aware of the progress of the work on my car! She did everything to accommodate me in s timely manner . I wasn't satisfied with the matte grate on my car but she assured me that she would check on getting the correct part for replacement . Good quality customer service overall!

II am obligated to return to the repair facility because a piece of trim from the internal part of my vehicle was left on the floorboard. Unable to do determine its proper location, I am obliged to make the trip back to the repair facility.

Very friendly environment and professional employees and representative. I was informed regularly of the statis of repairs. This could have been a very desparing and frustrating experience for me, but the staff made it very normal even fun event. I was told the guarantee their work, so Ni worries about future and whether the work was done properly or not AND my car looks grrat!
