Although car was complete on day promised the car was not available for pickup until the next day. Enterprise based my rental on day car was completed versus when it was available to customer. I was told the car would be sent back to Moraine after Mitchell Ave location in Cincinnati was done. The day I picked the car was the same day Moraine called for car to be returned in my possession. When I spoke to Moraine about the additional day charge they told me to speak with Mitchell ave to have it corrected. I had already called Mitchell Ave and he was uncertain on what to do. I was charged for an extra day based although my car was not accessible. The situation was passed both locations and both locations say the other is responsible leaving the customer the one responsible for the cost of a rental when car was accessible. I even called Moraine at 7am to pickup car and the rep stated they have to do their inspection prior to release.

Under engine splash shield came loose after 10-15 miles of freeway driving and started dragging on the ground. Only 2 of the clips found when I was lying on the side of the highway trying to fix it.

I ranked caliber collision customer service an 8 because, they removed mud flaps from my car. Completed the repair with only 1mud flaps. I was told I would receive a call once the mud flaps once the shipment comes s in. I haven’t received a call.

I was lucky that they were able to take care of my vehicle when I had dropped it off and they have done a pretty good job and the manager was very helpful and the lady who first helped me and my wife she was very helpful to us in understanding how your company would handle everything so I definitely appreciate everything that they have done and I would recommend them to a friend thank once again
