I was involved in a hit and run accident , upon picking my vehicle up from the repair shop my windshield was cracked, I informed the technician right there on site, he stated maybe a peeble hit it but upon further investigation he saw that it wasn't possible he then stated maybe because it was sitting in the cold at the shop which is crazy, he then told me they would not cover it and to inform my insurance company which I did the same day, I then called the manager of the company and he told me there was nothing he could do... unfortunately I had to use my insurance again and pay another deductible on top of what I had just paid, a couple days later I noticed my horn wasn't hooked back up so I had to bring it back for them to do that, upon completion of my new windshield I had to take it back yet again because my windshield wiper fluid was connected wrong.. I've always taken my vehicle to the dealership to get work done and I took a chance to let them work on my car never again, I not only had to deal with and pay after someone hit my vehicle and took off, but I had to pay for their mistake .
