My schedule prevented me from interacting face to face with the team at Caliber Collision during regular business hours. Will and the team at the Mitchell Avenue branch went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They made dropping off-and picking up my car after hours seamless and simple. Will regularly kept me updated on the status of my repairs and responded quickly via text and telephone to all my questions. The repairs done by Caliber look great! I hope I never need collision repairs again. If I do, I’m heading straight to Will at Caliber!

The customer service was great! Angelo even waited after they had closed due to me being caught in terrible traffic...The fixings of my car was a little disappointing to find out they use the cheapest parts due to my insurance company not wanting wanting to pay for original parts!! also I noticed that my head lights are 2 different bulbs and one is brighter than the other, looks like they should have been calibrated to assure they were the same wattage!? I called them but can't do anything until my technician guy returns on M9nday 12/29....

I was kept in the loop for the duration of my repair, however when going to pick up the vehicle, I was told it was ready to go and upon arriving at the facility the battery was dead and I was told it had been dying the majority of the time it was there (this was not mentioned on the phone at all). I took the vehicle home and unsurprising it failed to start. This was made right by the vehicle getting towed back to caliber and the battery replaced, though it was frustrating the way it happened to begin with.

They just took a long time and I didn’t know it was going to take so long. It was originally quoted as just a two week job or so. So I had a huge bill from the rental car place. And I appreciate putting the door back on and a new handle but I can’t get the door open Now! It doesn’t open smoothly, so we can’t even use that door 90% of the time. I need them to fix the gliding mechanism on the door they replaced.
