I’ve been to a few Caliber locations and this is by far the best. They get the work done in a timely manner. The staff is courteous and the clean my car out I was so surprised and happy when I picked it up. Thanks guys!

The customer service at this location is horrible, the entire staff need training. They had my car over 50 days and the repair is sloppy with spots / stains on the interior of the door. Randy, the Manager conveniently left early to avoid speaking with me today. I was immediately asked to pay before being given the opportunity to see my vehicle. I asked who could I speak with in Randy’s absence and we waited for over ten minutes before a technician came out to speak with us. He was rude and insensitive. He said “we shouldn’t take a financial loss because Acura didn’t have a part’” I responded with “Caliber Collision should have confirmed the needed parts were available before taking the car apart.” I’m so disappointed with this experience. I could have taken my brand new vehicle anywhere but I chose to go with Caliber Collision because USAA recommended them and guaranteed the work. Shame on all involved and I will be sharing my negative experience with family, friends and co workers. This location makes your company look horrible. Do better.

After car was returned , front bumper cover popped out at the seam and we had to take back in to be pushed back in again . We were told it could pop out again .. so not ideal , however they did fix it again and told us if we have any problems to bring it back in . Just want there to be no more problems and for this repair process to be over

My adjuster was very cordial and nice , there was a few times during the process that I had called and left messages or texted and didn’t get a response back in a timely fashion … sometimes next day or I had to call back in myself

I recently had some repairs done after someone hit my parked car, I am really happy with the service. Even though my car stayed in the shop a little over two weeks, the staff was always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. What impressed me the most was how they handled a small accident during the repair, one of my back windows cracked, and without hesitation they came to my house first thing in the morning and replaced it right away. That level of responsibility and customer care is hard to find. Overall, great service and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond.
