They were extremely easy to work with! They kept me updated about my vehicle throughout the entire repair which was completely in about a week and a half. It was a very smooth and easy process and not at all dreadful like most car related incidents are. Highly recommend!

I am conpletely satisfied; however, slightly disappointed that after all the hours spent dixing my car, the rear turn signal was OUT. I'm a little surprised that was missed. But otherwise content with the overall service.

The only reason I didnt give a '10' was the failure to note my rear light bulb was out. But we brought the vehicle back and it was replaced in minutes.

I would not recommend Caliber Collision. My car was completed in about 7 days, timing was good but the service was mediocre. I’ve had a few issues since getting my car back with the electrics. My car is a 2017 and has 40k miles on it.. I do not recommend this company. Drive the extra mile and got to Randy Lanes in Harrison
