This was the best experience out of a bad situation! Everyone was amazing and super professional!! The people who worked on my car went above and beyond the call of duty! They even reattached my autostart because thenpiece was hanging on my driver side! They vacuumed my car and washed it. The body work looked amazing! I’m so happy with the quality of work! Thank you so much!! If I had it my way.. I would take my car here for general repairs and oil changes!!

Reuben did a great job with communicating with me in an orderly manner and always making sure my needs were taken care of. There were some miscommunications with American Family Insurance but Reuben made sure those problems were taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would need Auto body repairs.

Technician explained to me about the difference in paint color. Bumper was a lighter metallic grey color...as opposed to a light metallic charcoal grey color...body color of the car. I didn't argue with him but my suspicions were...a cheaper paint was used. I don't think this repair shop will be my first choice if ever l need work down again, as l hope l do not.

I had to bring my car back twice because the shop told me they didn't have any rentals available the day the appointment was set. Very inconvenient...Some of the staff were quite rude.
