Great work, but the issues I am dealing with in regard to the scratches sustained while at the body shop are very frustrating.

The repair itself is flawless, great craftsmanship, the paint matched excellent, I believe they went above and beyond to repair the damage to my vehicle correctly and thoroughly, the paint match is spot on. When I picked my vehicle up on Friday afternoon I was only paying attention to the area where the repair was made and did not inspect the entire truck. The next day when I went to drive the truck I noticed a deep scratch down to bare metal above the front right fender that was definitely not there when I dropped the truck off as well as 2 other small scratches where paint is missing on the hood. It looks like something fell into my truck while at the shop or perhaps someone was carrying something and bumped the truck with it rather hard. So, the work that was performed was honestly spot on, but I feel like now I have Blemishes that were not present on my vehicle when it was dropped off and they were definitely will not show up in the pictures taken by the inspector that accepted my vehicle for repair. It is upsetting and unfortunate that I have to deal with this especially because the repair work that was performed was again, very very good work. I would like for this issue to be resolved between myself/caliber/and my insurance agency.
