Caliber Collision was excellent in every respect. I was not happy about my car being damaged while parked in a parking lot. I knew it would cost my deductible of $500 and more in terms of time/effort/inconvenience. But Caliber got the job done. Laura, at the front desk, was outstanding, not only with me but with other sometimes irate customers not happy to be there. Laura was patient, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the customer. Reuban looked at the car, did the estimate and then the supplement, and made sure I was treated fairly. I would have preferred not to have to go through this process but Laura and Reuban made it as painless as possible. And Laura also makes good popcorn. Well done, Laura and Reuban. Well done, Caliber. I highly recommend!

I did not select Caliber but simply deferred to my insurance company, USAA. It was an excellent choice. Laura, working the front desk, kept me and everyone else calm as she dealt with stressed out people in a calm, professional and helpful manner. Reuban really knew his stuff, inspired confidence, and stayed with me through this entire process. Laura and Reuban both did their jobs exceptionally well and stayed focus on customer service.

Laura at the front desk and Reuban facilitating the estimate/repairs were excellent. Let's face it, I did not want to be there and this was not my fault (the car was hit while parked). Laura and Reuban saw me through the process in a professional and understanding way. Kudos to both of them!
