The work by Caliber was/is fine. It's the fact that (a) the mirror was not replaced -- and there was zero communication about it and (b) it does not appear the front bumper that was damaged was replaced, it was instead simply repaired which I expected to be replaced. All of the actual work completed was adequate -- expectation management was extremely poor.

I just do not trust that specific shop since the security in place was not great. My car was vandalized while at the shop, and the security in place was very sub par. One security video camera at the gate entrance was broken and the only cameras working were located so far up in a not well lit area where the cars are that the police agent working on my case had nothing to use. And then once I received my car, I have things stolen from inside my car that can only be done by someone who had access to my car key, which means someone from the shop.

In terms of how the car was fixed it looked good. It did take longer than I expected but I can overlook that and it's understandable. However, there were a few things that made it less than satisfying experience.

I recently had my 2013 Volkswagen GTI repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They replaced my fender and did an absolutely amazing job — the car looks brand new again. I worked with Ryan, who made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained what was being done in detail, and was always friendly and professional. It’s rare to find that level of communication and care these days, and it really made all the difference.
