We were rather surprised that it took so long to replace a rear bumper. Fortunately, our insurance covered a loaner car for the duration. Other than that, however, we were very pleased with the quality of the work.

Notices were reasonably timely considering how long the repair took. We would have appreciated a texting system to which we could respond with our questions rather than just "Stop".

While the repair itself is of high quality, it took Caliber Collision 2.5 weeks to fix a scratched bumper. This is excessive!

The rep at Caliber said that I would receive a text each time the car was touched. In 2.5 weeks, I received only 7 updates that were unsolicited.
