I was not satisfied at all with the status/communication, the truck had not been cleaned out fully after the service, and the antenna had not been reinstalled. (It was just sitting in the cupholder.) The actual body panel looks good, so I do appreciate that, but the customer service and attention to detail was not great.

Waiting on final outcome. So far this location would be a no. I have used another location without any issues. Sad that quality doesn’t cross the whole company.

All 4 corners between both bumper replacements are still needing repaired again. Hood needs retouched as a hard sharp line from painting. And the transmission release button cover (on gearshift) was vacuumed up after cleaning.

Front desk was not very cordial. However, person in charge of repairs was very communicative and friendly. Process or repairs are not done so not sure how it will end.

I was very surprised at how fast you got my car done.Everything looks fantastic. Accept that I noticed my passenger seat was moved Back like somebody was riding the car. And I also seen a cup stain on the driver's seat.I had to clean my seat. But other than that, you cleaned my car on the inside and the outside damage looks great. Thank you. Keep up the good work!!👍🏾
