The fact that you went above and beyond, letting me know what was happening, any updates! Erik was on it! Then I went to get in me car, and not only was it clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside! That was an awesome surprise!

Will at Caliber Collision was awesome. He was so kind and took the time to actually explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. He gave me a realistic idea of what to expect with the timeline and cost, no surprises. When he found out I didn't have rental car coverage he made sure to get my repairs done as fast as possible so I wasn't stuck without a car. Honestly just a really good experience and it's because of him. Would definitely recommend.
