Will at Caliber Collision was awesome. He was so kind and took the time to actually explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. He gave me a realistic idea of what to expect with the timeline and cost, no surprises. When he found out I didn't have rental car coverage he made sure to get my repairs done as fast as possible so I wasn't stuck without a car. Honestly just a really good experience and it's because of him. Would definitely recommend.

It started out with misunderstanding of date car would be ready for me. It got sorted out and Erik kept me updated and actually met the original date. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I had car when I needed it. Bravo!!

My biggest issue is I had to drive over an hour to pick up my vehicle and it had not been functionality checked out and inspected for release to me. The two months to have the repairs completed was frustrating.
