Everyone was wonderful and they did a great job. I have one complaint and that is the fragrances in the office are way too strong and I allergic to frangrances. But my car looks new. Thanks

Everyone that I dealt with at Caliber Collision on Government Blvd was great! From Autumn, Michelle, and Corey. They were very helpful and understanding. The team did an amazing job at getting my car back to looking brand new; they even got the paint to match pretty much perfectly which I know is hard to do due to sun fading.

Took way too long to behind the repair. Had some issues with parts and insurance , but eventually worked that all out. I specifically asked how much lead time was needed to start work on the vehicle and was told they could behind right away as work was slow. It tiok 2 months from drop off to receiving back. And price was high. Quality of workmanship was good , however , I’ve since found some things not out back to factory. They used automation ford who also took 2 weeks to fix a small issue then tried to bill me twice for the same AC service. Overall the people were very nice and accommodating , but 2 month is a long delay. I was out of pocket for 3 weeks of rental car as my 30 day rental was not sufficient.

Took WAY too long to get started on the repair. I made it a point to ASK what if any the back log was and was told none. It was an issue with insurance when the manager at this site. I ran though My 30 days. Rental car after waiting 7 days after I turned the truck in to caliber. Then has to go out of pocket for 3 weeks. Unacceptable. Also, the ford dealership ( auto nation) was rude and did work that I didn’t authorize and tried to charge me twice for air conditioner work that caliber already charged me for. They also changed oil that I had Just out in. I used way better oil and way better filter than what they used. And they also charged me for that. The oil pressure sending unit was damaged in the crash, as was the A/C. I shouldy have had to pay for any of that. Again. Unacceptable to

Terrible communication with me and my insurance company about the status of my car. Went to pick up my car when they claimed it was ready. Went to open the passenger door and the door handle broke and had glue around it where they tried to glue it back on! when I brought it to their attention they said “oh we can just snap it back on” no it’s BROKE! I Lifted the hood where the replaced the engine bracket only to find a free spinning bolt! When I went to pick up my vehicle the 2nd time my breaks were screeching and my tires needed to be re aligned and my back tire was flat. I didn’t even trust that shop to try and fix anything else.
