Terrible communication with me and my insurance company about the status of my car. Went to pick up my car when they claimed it was ready. Went to open the passenger door and the door handle broke and had glue around it where they tried to glue it back on! when I brought it to their attention they said “oh we can just snap it back on” no it’s BROKE! I Lifted the hood where the replaced the engine bracket only to find a free spinning bolt! When I went to pick up my vehicle the 2nd time my breaks were screeching and my tires needed to be re aligned and my back tire was flat. I didn’t even trust that shop to try and fix anything else.

Okay so accidents are a completely nightmare during the process of everything. The work on the car is phenomenal. I’ve gotten some many comments from people about how it looks so brand new. I would definitely recommend hands down. The only complaint or more so constructive criticism or advice really I would give is… better communication. The reception is super sweet and kind but unfortunately she doesn’t know much about the details of ones service which is fine because it’s the estimator job to keep you up to date on things. My littles sister’s experience vs mine when it came to communication was night and day. Any detail even the smallest detail should be communicated with the client .. that can be via text, call or email whatever works. And that cuts down on them constantly calling y’all. But I will be back to get another part of my car fixed in the future. I thank yall so much for doing what you could do. This isn’t a nasty review at all I genuinely want to see yall succeed and that means commenting on the lack there of.

You guys are AWESOME… very courteous and I like how you all send texts about every step yall make with the repairs…I forgot the lady name at the front desk but she is an awesome receptionist…if I need any future body repair I will definitely go to Caliber Collision
