I was pleased with my experience! I came in to get an estimate after booking an appt online and when I visited, Jamie was very helpful. She explained everything to me and so I booked a drop off repair appt online the next week. I called the day before just to confirm my appt and also to make sure I needed to bring anything. I did a down payment during my visit before dropping off my car. Michelle contacted me later that day to give me a new estimate on my car after they disassembled it to see what was wrong with it. After our discussion, we landed on an option that worked best for me. My car was scheduled for pick up within two weeks, and yet I picked up my car by the third day! When I picked up my car, I was highly satisfied and happy. I had a great experience! The front desk lady was very friendly and informative. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs repair on their car. I just had a dented bumper and they updated me every step of the way through and by phone when necessary. They do a great job!

Few minor issues with work performed. Paint looks excellent. Had to do with a clip on the bumper. Currently, one is broke and makes it look bad.

I left a personal item in the very back of the rental car, which I turned into Caliber. When I called back later, they told me Enterprise had already rented the car to someone else. I asked them to please help track down the vehicle so I could retrieve my item. Autumn hung up on me. As far as the bodywork, everything looked great. John has helped a lot but I just need my item back from the rental!
