Michelle and John at caliber collision took charge from the moment our truck came on their lot. They kept us informed every step of the way, were prompt and meticulous in what they thought was acceptable or not. The guys in the back did such an awesome job on their end of it all that I felt as if I were on the ford dealership lot looking at a brand new truck. I would and already have been bragging on them to all my friends and acquaintances about their professionalism. I can't thank caliber collision enough. My life's rhythm has been restored. I obtained auto body repair estimates from three local collision auto body repair companies here in Mobile, AL and I am very happy, that I chose Caliber Collision to repair my car. To start, their Customer Service was Stellar Exceptional to me, from the initial greeting to the end delivery of my car being exceptionally repaired back to its original condition and made new again! Caliber Collision repaired my new 2025 Toyota Camry for way less by farther than the other two estimates that I received and I am still amazed by how much lower, Caliber Collision’s estimate was, compared to the other two estimates that I had received. Special thanks to store manager, John D’antoni, who was so very kind and took time to explain every detail of what was going to happen and take place with my car from beginning to end. I am a nurse and I know what good customer service and care is and should be, and by far, Caliber Collision is A1, 10/10 and I Very Highly Recommend Caliber Collision💯
