I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! It was nice to receive text updates on the progress of my repair. The office staff were always helpful and informed. Yolanda was great about explaining the parts of the process and keeping me informed. The coordination between Caliber and Enterprise made the whole experience stress free for me. My wife was very satisfied with her car upon the return. The counselor Michelle was very helpful in keeping us informed at every point in the completion of what was going on with the car at all times that was very helpful so we did have a complete timeline as to where we were.
