My wife was very satisfied with her car upon the return. The counselor Michelle was very helpful in keeping us informed at every point in the completion of what was going on with the car at all times that was very helpful so we did have a complete timeline as to where we were. This was a pleasant experience for the family if needed it we would use this particular store again. Thank you.

From start to finish I had great communication. There were daily text messages about my progress and when I can expect a finished job. The front desk worker to the repair worker was nothing but nice and informative.

It was a very frustrating experience and I’m honestly mostly just disappointed. The wreck happened on Thanksgiving and I’m just now getting my car back on Feb. 3rd after bringing it back in because things weren’t fixed. The first time I was supposed to pick it up the paint job was horrible (could see and feel bubbles) and there were VERY visible damages to the moldings that weren’t even touched in the wreck. I got it back sometime around Jan. 15th and drove it for about a week but couldn’t get past how rough it was driving and the wind noise that was coming through the door that was replaced. I am thankful y’all took it back and tried to fix it. Jamie and Yolanda were extremely nice and always stayed in communication with me.
