Caliber Collision was fantastic. My experience went perfectly smoothly, without any hitches. Stacy and her team were wonderfully capable, dependable and did beautiful repair to the body of my car. They were always reachable by phone. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The office was clean, tidy, with comfortable places to sit, fresh coffee, a TV in the waiting room, and even complimentary popcorn snack. I am grateful for their excellent work on my car!

Best car repair place I’ve ever been too. Front desk lady (sorry forgot her name) was amazing and extremely helpful! So much better than the customer service at the Spring Hill location. The mechanic was amazing as well. Broke down everything for me to where I understood and my car honestly looks better than the day I got it! Thanks again!!!!

They went above and beyond to make sure we received great service. They were friendly, flexible and responsive. They even took time to buff off extra scratches on the other side of my car. Excellent experience!! While I hope I don’t need them again, if I ever did, I would absolutely go back. Best customer service in the vehicle industry I have ever experienced!

Customer service was impeccable. They were prompt and always available to communicate. They went out of their way to assist with my vehicle. It looked brand new when I got it back! I would recommend to anyone I know. While I hope I don't need them again, if I did, I'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
