The Government St location was excellent! They informed me of each stage of repair and were very courteous and personable. The 1040 Schlinger Rd location not so much. Jacob Jones would not return my phone calls so I was glad my car was relocated to Government St. I will recommend Government St location but NOT Schlinger Rd location

Korey B refused to take my calls, would not call me back, had to drive across town to talk to anyone that could tell me what was going on. The work on my vehicle was great but the customer service was TERRIBLE!! I will not take my vehicle back to this caliber location, the schillinger rd location will be the only location to work on my vehicles.
