As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly smile by Jodi who was really happy to help me every step of the way with checking in and assisting me with ontaining the correct document and was happy to ask any question I had for her. Through out the entire time my vehicle was being fixed I would receive multiple progress reports via text messages. All in All I have to say that I am happy with my experience with Caliber Collision. I was wonderful and will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience I had with the company

From beginning to end, working with caliber was awesome! Jody and Patrick are the VIPS! Friendly and warm and inviting! Kept me informed the entire time and said it would take 3 weeks and it took a week and half! I highly recommend them! (Hitt Rd/Schillinger location!

We brought our daughter’s vehicle in for repairs and only had an extremely limited time to get it fixed. Patrick worked with us and was able to get the car back to us a day early!!
