The staff at Monroe were professional, pleasant to work with, and made a difficult situation better. The work looks good on my vehicle and they did it a week ahead of schedule. The automated texts were helpful in knowing where my vehicle was in the repair process so I didn’t have to worry or call to check in. I have and will continue to recommend Caliber Collision in Monroe to others needing work done on their vehicle.
