Jenille was so helpful and professional! The job was done 2 days ahead of schedule, we were given regular updates on the status of our vehicle, and it looks better than new. A very stressful time was made so much better by working with this fantastic shop. I hope we don’t have a need again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had great customer service doing business with Caliber. Jeremy at the Monroe,Wa. Repair shop is very good about explaining the process in detail and what my options were if he couldn't get me in right away. Jeremy was also great about keeping me informed on an every other day basis about where my vehicle was according to the time line we had discussed at the beginning of our agreement. I thought everything about the repair was great. I dropped off the car prior to leaving on vacation and the vehicle was ready when I returned.

Everything was great. It would have been a 10 if, before I paid, I was led to and shown my vehicle so that I could see that all the work was done appropriately. Everything was fine, but think it's best to show the customer the work that's been done prior to paying. Also, small point regarding my invoice. My insurance company deductible did not match the invoice. I was charged the correct amount, but my invoice was not updated to reflect the correct amount.
