I was disappointed in the slowness of communication from Safeco in receiving contact and communication on how to proceed with having my car repaired. After almost a week, I finally tracked someone down on the phone who was able to tell me to go and get an estimate. However, this took over an hour and multiple phone calls as noone seemed to know phone numbers or who to speak to. As the damaged party, I expected no more than a couple of days before I would be directly contacted. Between delay in contact and then estimate and car repair, nearly a month elapsed before I had a car that was restored to pre-accident condition.
