The people are very nice. I think the work is good, but other than taking to another body shop I have no way to validate the work is quality.

It took 3 months for repairs that were not that complicated. There were many snafus. Swiss cheese effect basically. I can only hope the actual repairs were done correctly, but I have no way of knowing.

Jeremy did an amazing job of keeping me appraised of the revised timelines. He is a pleasant and professional person. That is the only positive in my experience except in the end, I did receive my vehicle back hopefully repaired.

Trying to get someone to call you back to schedule the appointment was frustrating no one called back but i was persistent and getting estimate was fine but I had questions. Dropping the car off was great, David was awesome and worked with us to lower the estimate. That was much appreciated. The car looks great and I am happy so far with the service. Again, I appreciated the quickness of getting the repair done and David was great! The repair was done faster than expected. This is the 3rd time I have used this place ( twice under a different name) but satisfied each time.

Work was good but instead of calling my primary number they called the secondary phone number which was input wrong so and left messages on that one. They had called my primary number that Monday before to give me an update and then said they would call back but that was the last I heard. My wife called the following Tuesday to find out our car had been finished under previous Friday. If they ask for two phone numbers on the paperwork I would assume you would leave messages on both.

Split Score for Shop and SafeCo. Caliber Collision 8 While the repair took 53 days - way too long, the customer service was professional and courteous. SafeCo 2 I should point out my SafeCo reps were non existent to my inquiries.
