Janille and Cheryl at the Monroe, WA shop are fantastic. I was kept up to date each day on the repairs, and they were always great to chat with. The technicians who do the work are exemplary. The quality of work is excellent, and the work was done on time, even with a problem getting the parts in. Awesome all the way around!

Gordy, our service rep was awesome. However I picked up my vehicle this evening and discovered scratches along the rail of the truck bed on the drivers side. The vehicle is 6 wks old and it was down at the shop for 2 of those weeks. Other than the damage to the tail light and bumper that your company replaced, there was not a scratch on the truck prior to leaving it at the repair shop.
