Quick, friendly service when I was in the office. I very much appreciated the text updates. Kept me in the know about what was happening with my car and allowed me to be able to plan in advance for rental car drop off. Jenille and the team were great at keeping me up to date on the progress and making sure that if I had questions they answered them. When I picked up my truck we went over it with a fine tooth comb and checked that everything was perfect. Thank you!

Repair was done on time with expectation and have returned the truck to a condition where you can't tell that anything happened. Completely thorough repair job. Also had an excellent experience of customer service throughout the entire process. It is our fourth repair in the last 10 years with this facility and we have always been 100% happy with the service that we have been provided

Damage was to the front quarter panel and the right side mirror. The repair was on time with expectation and they did a great job repairing the vehicle where you can't even see that it happened. Customer service was excellent throughout
