I was very satisfied with the outcome. The repaired my Tesla at 1/4th the cost estimated by a different Tesla certified shop. Updates were timely and my car is as good as new again instead of totaled!

I am very pleased with the overall experience and friendliness of the staff. I was very suprised to see my car vacuumed and cleaned in a professional manner. There is one thing i am concerned about. I picked my car up and the button for the passenger window on the driverside door does not work anymore. The button on the passenger door works. But the auto roll up for both the driverside window and passenger side window does not work anymore. I will be reaching out to the location I picked it up from on Monday to hopefully get this resolved.
