Hi, just a couple of things. On the original day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, I was notified about an hour before the pickup time that my vehicle would not be ready. Unfortunately, because of the Monroe location, that was shortly after I had to leave to get there on time for pickup. Therefore, I didn’t receive the notification that it was not ready until I had already arrived in Monroe. I wish I would have known sooner that my vehicle wouldn’t be ready. Additionally, I’m not sure my suspension is fully fixed, as I am experiencing creaking noises coming from it when traversing over bumps, hills, and dips in the road. I don’t know the reason for these noises, as I’m not a car expert. I just know that they weren’t there before I handed off the car to the shop.

Absolutely love it! Especially how quick it was done. I was told there was a possibility to get it done about 9 days after I dropped it off, but then I got it 2 days after I dropped it off. It was done so quick and it looks so good.
