The service was exemplary. From initial contact, to follow-ups to conclusion, I felt a sincere concern for a job well done. In addition, the office staff was courteous and accomodating even if we were not directly being serviced by them. Over all repairs are fine. I was a bit disappointed with the long wait of about an hour to get a ride home after the car drop off. I called in advance regarding the ride home but still had to wait a long time which made me had to cancel another appointment that I had schedule 2 months in advance
