There was a lot of miscommunications and "issues that wouldn't have been found until in the later stages of testing" but after escalating to Jeff, he made sure my car was done the day I was assured it would be done.

It was great dealing with Pam she always seemed to have her finger on the pulse. Also Mayo was great too. May have small light problem nothing they won't be able to fix.
