My car looked brand new, the area of damage was perfectly color matched and had no evidence that I had been in a collision. Dilan even noticed the wheel was bent which I had not originally noticed on my inspection.

From the moment I arrived to caliber collision and dropped off my car to the time I picked it up, the service was outstanding. Dilan was my main contact and he made sure to keep me updated, placing me at ease, and ensuring the process went smoothly. Even the receptionist was able to get in contact with the rental car company to pick me up from the location. The workers were professional, kind, and knowledgeable in regards to any questions I had. I absolutely would recommend anyone to go here! 10/10 service.

I am completely satisfied with my repair experience from beginning to end! Dilan was amazing!!!! I am very thankful that he was the one that helped me out with this whole repair experience. He has excellent customer service and is a huge asset to your company. Basically he’s one of a kind! I do hope that I don’t ever have another car accident, but if I do I would have my car repaired again at your location only because Dilan provided excellent service and gave me peace of mind threw out this whole process. We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision Center throughout the entire repair process. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and attentive to our concerns. Daniel was our main point of contact, and he consistently provided outstanding customer service. Whenever we called with questions or needed updates, he followed through promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. He also took the time to clearly explain the repair process and what to expect, which gave us peace of mind during what could have otherwise been a stressful situation. We especially appreciated the team’s strong communication with the claims adjuster, which helped the process move along smoothly and efficiently. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work performed on our vehicle. Most importantly, our primary concern was ensuring that the car was repaired properly and with great care for the safety and reliability of our daughter, who attends Cal Poly Pomona.
