Customer service was great. Dolan was super nice and kept me updated. I’m a little disappointed in little imperfections left underneath the paint job. Other than that it was a good job

Although I was satisfied with the work on my Tacoma, I was not satisfied with the customer service. Time and time again deadlines were given to me only to be continuously pushed back. I am understanding of a lengthy timeline due to the full frame replacement. However, what I don’t appreciate was the repeated breaking of expectations that was presented by my representative. After repeated offenses, I was told my truck would be completed Friday March 27th but I was unable to pick it up at the end of day due to my work schedule and distance. I was then promised I could pick it up Monday morning of March 30th only to discover that it still wasn’t ready. I arrived around 9-9:15am to confront the issue personally, I was then told it would be 30min for alignment, 40min for calibration, and 30min for a wash. I said I’d be back in 3hours and it still wasn’t ready. I then had to have them deliver it to my house arriving around 2pm, which completely hampered my day. I suggest training representatives not to lie to their customers and provide realistic timelines and schedules. It is not acceptable that simple scheduling can not be established as it can hurt my time spent working.

I had a great experience with this auto body shop. My car was hit before, and they repaired it very quickly. The whole process was smooth, and they kept me updated along the way.
