Everything was good. Was constantly updated on the progress. Only complaint is when I dropped off my vehicle I waiting fire them 10-15 minutes before anyone helped me.

Everyone we encountered at Caliber was polite, professional, and treated us with the utmost respect. The repairs were completed as promised and the quality of work was very good. The projected completion date was extended but we were given proper and early notice how much longer it would take. When we picked up our car, Dillon, was very courteous and provided a full explanation of the repair process. He is a very good representative for your company. I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for car body repair.

First of all I just want to say thank you to all those who took part in fixing my truck. I really disliked driving the rental car so I’m excited to have it back. Secondly, I know I ain’t no mechanic or expert in cars but I was really surprised that my Truck took that long to repair. I would take note of everything you guys do through the Toyota app and I know that parts need to be bought and delivered which take time, but I just think it took a bit longer than expected. That’s the only concern. Other than that, I appreciate the work in my truck. Thanks again
