Caliber was excellent from beginning to end. My repair was finished surprisingly quick. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the car wash and interior detail as a finishing touch. Would highly recommend to friends!

Statement of work indicates that front squeaking noise I mentioned during drop off was not recorded in notes, not even checked, and is not resolved. Front bumper gap to headlight is worse than prior to repair. Paint around one corner of repaired section looks to have pooled and seems likely to crack/chip in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Caliber. It took 11 days for them to fix two scraped doors of our car. Looks brand new. And we also got a great assist from Anthony who helped us quickly latch back a bumper on our other car and in two minutes. This place is amazing and strongly recommend them for their service , constant updates and speedy and excellent work

If there was only one place to go to fix your car, it would be evidently at Caliber Collision at Montrose. Outside of the fact that their professionalism is outstanding, we’ve been received with kindness, compassion and understanding. Each detail of each step was explained. The repair felt like having a brand new car, and they even cleaned it up inside and outside when they give it back to us. We give them a 6 stars over 5 and we are really thankful for such a great work. If ever we would have another problem with a collision, which we don’t wish, there are absolutely no doubt that we would get back to them without any hesitation. Great team, great work ethic and great human beings. Thank you so much.
