Everyone first rate from Marco to the kind man who drove me to my mom's a few miles away where I had another car. Car finished on promised day ..perfect work and AAA rep coordinated and kept me updated on progress as well as body shop. Very happy for my mechanic at Hexagon who sent me down the street originally.

Service was overall good. However I asked to be contacted specifically on my cell phone, and was assured that would happen. Instead, when my car was ready I was left a message on my land line phone, which I never use. Consequently, my care was ready on a Friday, but I was not aware of that until too late to pick it up. I was required to pay for a rental car over the weekend.
