I would just tell them to make sure to get answers from the manager or head of office and not just whoever happens to answer the phone

There was some confusion on my vehicle pick up day due to mismanagement at the shop. I had a ride prepared to take me to the shop but because one person on the phone told me to come in by 330pm, when I called to confirm at 330pm, another person told me 4pm and that they would phone me when my car was ready. I called back at 430pm because I had not received a return call and the person said my car had been ready since 330pm. I got conflicting times on when to pick up my car and that ended up costing me money as I had a ride scheduled to pick me up but ended up having to take an Uber to the shop.

Repair looked great when I picked up my truck, it was in the shade. When the sun hits it just right I can see a flat spot and a couple of ripples

They seem to care less whether they get your business or not. Referred a friend a week before I had my work done and he didn’t use them because he didn’t like their attitudes.
