The front office employees are great. Very helpful and friendly. But there was some confusion over the rental car and the electronics on my car have been pretty buggy since I got it back.

If they are unable to repair my car correctly after 2 attempts and I am going to return for a 3rd time, I do not feel it would be right to refer my family or friends to this shop. If my vehicle is not properly repaired on a 3rd visit, I will go directly to AAA, who referred me to this shop, and inform them that my car has not been repaired correctly.

At this point, and after returning to the shop twice, I am very dissatisfied. The first time, the car was returned to me without the trunk and doors being aligned, ruined panels from being cleaned with abrasives, and stains on my seats and visors. I did not accept the job, and Caliber offered to make it right. I returned after a week, and the trunk and doors were still not aligned. The repairs I am expecting are not extraordinary. I took pictures that I am happy to share with you. While currently I am dissatisfied, I will be happy to take another survey if the repairs can be completed on my third visit.
