I had a great experience with Caliber Collision, and I especially want to recognize Jennifer for the exceptional service she provided throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Jennifer went above and beyond to keep me informed about everything happening with my vehicle. She consistently kept me in the loop, clearly explaining each step of the repair process and making sure I understood what was being done along the way. That level of communication and transparency really helped make the entire situation much less stressful. When it came time to review the final bill, Jennifer took the time to go over everything with me in detail. She carefully explained what work had been completed, what my insurance would be covering, and exactly what portion I would personally be responsible for. She made sure I fully understood the breakdown before I left, which I truly appreciated. On top of the excellent customer service, the quality of the work done by Caliber Collision was outstanding. My car is back in mint condition with absolutely zero signs that it was ever in a wreck. The repairs were flawless, and the vehicle looks just as good as it did before the accident. Jennifer’s professionalism, patience, and dedication to keeping customers informed made a huge difference. Jen and team were great. My car went in pretty clean, it’s filthy now and will need a lot of detailing. The paint repair is ok, mirror replacement and glass is great. Overall it’s fine.
