Bry, Greg and the entire team at the Monument Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my vehicle repair. This was my first collision repair in my life. There were a number of challenges, complications, and delays with my particular repair. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was properly taken care of and that all schedule changes were communicated in a timely manner. Estimate was in August. I checked back starting end of October. Was told would probably be December. When I called again in January was told "all hail damaged were done". I think it fell through the cracks. No one ever called me during the wait period.
