I guess I would say this was a neutral experience customer service could have been better, communication could’ve been better, and cleanliness of my vehicle when returned definitely could’ve been better. But overall the repairs were done correctly and well done.

When picking up my car, there were still some paint transfer on the door panel that needed rubbed out that was to be included in the original repair.

Nathaniel seemed very disconnected and this interested when taking my original estimate. Gregg was more personable and professional but could’ve spent a little more time going over the details of the repair when picking up my car. Not a good or bad experience… Just neutral.
