The main scratch was done well, but there were 2 additional scratches I was told they would work on, and they don’t look like they were touched. Jared said they did, but definitely no better

Initially I got an estimate as a cash payer, and then when I went through insurance they charged over $400 more. When I asked the agent was defensive and I don’t know I believe his answer

The staff at the Caliber Collision that repaired the hail damage on my 2019 VW Jetta were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In particular, Nathaniel Finch, provided excellent feedback on how the vehicle would be repaired, updates on the progress and when I picked it up he provided a lot of detail on what all was done and how it was done. As a person with an Engineering degree I appreciated his feedback. Will be recommending Caliber Collision to friends and work colleagues.
