I was kept informed by Rick all the time. I received text message updates as needed. After the car was taken apart, I was contacted with an update on new damage found and the timeline for my car to be finished. Rick was always welcoming, and when I picked up my vehicle Rick showed me all of the repair work. He explained to me about the type of car wash to use the first 60 days, and he informed me about the lifetime warranty on the repairs Caliber made to my vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
