Jen Langley and her team did an outstanding job ensuring that my car was fixed and it wasn’t an easy job - 4 doors, numerous fittings, making sure they were perfectly installed and painted under a tight deadline so we can go on our Xmas trip. I could not be more grateful for them.

After picking the vehicle up,driving home we noticed a grinding noise. The next day we were on a smooth road and aloud thump was heard. Monday we returned the vehicle to Caliber. Awaiting the results of their inspection.

From the moment I dropped off my minivan at Caliber Collision in Monument, I knew I was in good hands. They explained the repair process thoroughly, with great attention to detail. All associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Rick, who oversaw my repair, communicated regularly with updates on its progress. The entire office operated like a well-oiled machine and I felt taken care of so well. The best part about this branch was how beautifully they returned my minivan. Not only was the damage repaired, but the exterior was sparkling - with the rims even scrubbed, and the interior was cleaner than ever! I felt so well taken care of from start to finish and would HIGHLY recommend!

Great experience with Caliber, Monument CO from starts to finish. Once selected through my insurance, met for an estimate, and discuss time and duration for the repair; they walked me through my options, and after that I didn't have to worry one bit. Caliber Monument kept me informed every step of the way and were even kind enough to deliver my car since I didn't have transportation that day. Last, the repair itself looks flawless. Couldn't have dreamed of a better result and service.
